TERMS OF PURCHASE ONLINE PROGRAMS

1. PARTIES AND APPLICATION

These Terms of Purchase apply to all sales of the following digital programs and their associated 1:1 support tiers (together, the "Program") by Froovack Career Lab ("we", "us", "our"), to individual purchasers ("you", "your"):

• The Market Traction Accelerator (TMTA)
• Into Renewables: Transferable Skills X-Ray
• The Interview Clinic

By completing checkout and submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase and any policies referenced in them.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The specific inclusions and current program structure are described on the sales page at the time of purchase; if there is any conflict, that description will prevail over any earlier marketing materials.

Tier 1 – Digital Products

• The Market Traction Accelerator (TMTA): A self-paced digital product delivered as PDF documents and related materials.
• Into Renewables: Transferable Skills X-Ray: A self-paced digital product delivered as PDF documents and related materials .
• The Interview Clinic: A self-paced digital product comprising the Operational Blueprint and a 3-part Toolkit delivered as digital materials .

Tier 2 – Digital Products + 1:1 Support/Calibration

• The Market Traction Accelerator (TMTA) + 1:1 Support: Access to all Tier 1 materials plus two 60-minute online coaching sessions and a time-limited period of light implementation support (e.g., email or DM) .
• Into Renewables: Transferable Skills X-Ray + 1:1 Calibration: Access to all Tier 1 materials plus a single 60-minute online calibration session .
• The Interview Clinic + 1:1 Calibration: Access to all Tier 1 materials plus a single 90-minute online calibration session .

3. ORDERING, PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you submit payment. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). We do not store your full card details. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.

4. DELIVERY AND ACCESS

After payment, you will receive an email containing either a download link or a link to access the Program materials (for example, via Google Drive or an access page). You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking spam/junk folders. For Tier 2, we will also provide instructions for booking your 1:1 sessions and confirm the start and end dates of your support period.

5. REFUNDS, CANCELLATION AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

The Program consists of digital content which is made available shortly after purchase. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once access to the digital materials has been provided. By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge and agree that your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period (where applicable) will be lost.

For Tier 2, once the 1:1 session has taken place or you have started to use the implementation support, the part of the fee relating to those services is considered earned and is not refundable, except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

6. LICENCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials are owned by or licensed to Froovack Career Lab and are protected by copyright laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not: share, distribute, sell, or sublicense the materials; upload them to shared online locations; or adapt/modify them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. USE OF COACHING AND SUPPORT SERVICES (TIER 2)

Sessions are delivered remotely via videoconference. You are responsible for appropriate equipment and a stable internet connection. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may, at our reasonable discretion, be treated as a used session.

The 1:1 session is intended for the review of your completed program worksheets; we reserve the right to reschedule if you have not completed the required preparatory work as specified in the Program instructions . Coaching and support are advisory in nature; you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

8. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE; NO GUARANTEES

The Program provides educational information only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice . Froovack Career Lab is an educational provider, not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (such as obtaining employment or a particular salary level) from use of the Program.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the total fees actually paid by you for the relevant purchase. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. DATA PROTECTION

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice to take payment, provide access to the Program, and deliver support.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights in your local courts, the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
